Shellharbour Personal Trainer
My name is Matthew, I have been a personal trainer since 2014. I started working in sports performance, strength and conditioning when I was a new PT. I then moved into working with NDIS participants to assist people with disabilities build their capacity and live their best life. I was lucky to have a lot of mentors that influenced my development positively. I kept studying after my PT registration and graduate with a Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science with Distinction from Charles Sturt University at the end of 2022.
I train 4 times a week in the morning before my day starts. I typically have to fit my training into my busy family and work schedule. I understand how tough it can be to fit in training with all the commitments we have day to day. I believe strongly in the values of respect and accountability when I am working with clients. I will guide you with how to build your training routine to get the best results.
