Hi my name is Jordan Yap and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Liverpool & Camden Area.
I am the graduated class of 2017 at AIF - Australian institute of Fitness. I've always had the passion for fitness and helping others and it wasn't until 2017 when I decided to pursue this career change. Fast forward 5 years later and I'm still here doing what I do best.
As a fitness coach my passion is to help people change their lives in the most simple and realistic way possible. I help people who lack the inspiration to stay motivated and reach their goals. There is nothing more satisfying to me than to motivate and inspire others to be fit, healthy and to be happy with themselves inside and out. My personal belief is to have a balanced lifestyle of health and fitness as well as enjoying the luxuries of life.
I have worked with numerous gym settings like UFC gym, and multiple Anytime fitness clubs. In the past 5-6 years I have helped people of all walks of life and age groups. I am also a NDIS personal trainer and have worked with people with disabilities. In the past years i have help 100+ individuals achieve/work towards their fitness goals whether that be weight loss/Fat loss, muscle build, body comp, nutrition and Bodybuilding competitions.
In the past I have been apart of Local sporting clubs such as Soccer and Oz tag as well as Natural Bodybuilding competitions
where I have placed top 3 and 2 placings.
As a fitness coach I specialise in Weight loss/Fat loss, Muscle build, Nutritional guidance, High intensity training (outdoor bootcamp)
