Sydney Personal Trainer
Hey guys, my name is Jay Scarra and I'm a mobile personal trainer in the Sydney City and Sutherland Shire area.
I have worked with clients with a large variety of goals and needs, from fat loss , muscle gain and general health and fitness to more performance and sports specific goals. I believe any client's goals can be achieved with the same principles of hard work, focus and discipline, whilst keeping sessions as enjoyable as possible.
I grew up extremely active and had a large passion for a variety of sports, including athletics and Australian rules football. This exposure to training styles and a young age has allowed me to develop into a personal trainer that understands the focus required to set and achieve your goals.
I believe that imperfect action is always better than complete inaction, and implore anyone who has a goal they wish to achieve to take that first step!
I am also a diehard Sydney Roosters and Carlton Blues fan, so expect an even more killer session when we win!
