Favorite movie or TV series

I do love Downtown Abbey (but who doesn’t)!?! The costumes, characters, the lines, everything!

My favorite exercise 

I enjoy the Goblet squat,  it really tests your strength and stability across many facets of the body (upper, lower and core).

My favorite piece of training equipment

The Kettlebell. You can do a great strength workout but equally make it high intensity with a Kettlebell.

My number one health or fitness tip

A 30 min workout which is targeted to specific areas of your body that you know you need to work on is much more effective than trying to do lots of fancy stuff for over an hour! So don’t be put off by thinking you need to do a big marathon workout, a bit a day is what will get you there.
