About Me I became a fully qualified personal trainer in September 2025 to follow my lifelong passion for fitness. My favourite exercise
Pull up and push up repetitions. 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 squats, repeat about 5 times. This gives you a total of 25 pull ups and 50 push ups.
You can do more if you want. Doing this daily helped me build overall body strength in my legs, core and mainly upper-body. This exercise has also helped me tone my upper-body very well. It also helps maintain your physique if you want to sneak a quick workout into a busy day.
