About Me I became a fully qualified personal trainer in September 2025 to follow my lifelong passion for fitness. With years of experience in sports and training, I thrive on building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals. My mission is to provide the knowledge, motivation, and support people need to transform both physically and mentally.

My favourite exercise 

Pull up and push up repetitions. 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 squats, repeat about 5 times. This gives you a total of 25 pull ups and 50 push ups.

You can do more if you want. Doing this daily helped me build overall body strength in my legs, core and mainly upper-body. This exercise has also helped me tone my upper-body very well. It also helps maintain your physique if you want to sneak a quick workout into a busy day.

My favourite piece of equipment

Cable machine. There is so many different muscle groups you can target and exercises you can do with this one machine.

 

My number one health or fitness tip

Interval training for cardiovascular improvement and weight loss/management is the best thing you can do. Example: burst of intense exercise (sprint for 30 seconds) and then a short recovery (walk or jog for 1 minute). Doing this and my pull up push up combo exercise is all you need to stay fit, toned and healthy. I know how busy life can get and that is why I've been working on creating short and intense exercise plans for all types of daily schedules people may have.
