I stepped into fitness when I was only 14 years old and started working on myself!
When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but the picture of health. I was overweight and had low-self esteem, and I realised it was because of what I was eating + being inactive on a regular basis. I decided to do something about it and immerse myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it.
I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to make a decision to examine my workouts and make necessary changes thoroughly. It was more interesting trying to fit a workout in when having to manage school/university and work on the side. I would go for a quick run in the park, late night workouts, eat nutrition-rich food, and go for a swim during the weekend.
Learning about the benefits of Weight Training and HIIT entirely transformed my body. What I enjoy the most about it is that it is minimal or even NO equipment required and you can do it anytime and anywhere. I competed in the 8-week challenge at Jetts and lost apprx.7% of my body fat! Today, I am the fittest I have ever been. I am healthier- physically, mentally, and socially!
I realise how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey. you’ll not only look good but also feel better, happier, and more confident. All you have to do is take that first step on the journey to your new life.
