Hi my name is Lili Webb and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.

I am currently studying animal studies and social media marketing and I have been a personal trainer for since 2018.

I practice what I preach training myself twice a day, five days a week. I have had my fair share of struggles, from wanting to be thinner or wanting a different body shape, but thankfully, I have re-trained my brain to love my body and to love myself, and that's what I try to enforce with the clients.

I am a very creative person, no workout will ever be the same. I keep things interesting, I throw in different exercises each session and ultimately, I will always do my best to help my clients achieve their goals.

I consider myself a very empathetic person, and I like to be able to bond with the people I train, so that my clients always feel comfortable and in a safe space.

As someone living with an anxiety disorder, I know how hard it can be to try new things, but rest assured, I will always be someone that people can confide in and I will always go to great lengths to make my clients happy. At the end of the day, the workouts don't get easier, you just get stronger, and that's why I love personal training.

Favorite movie or TV series

I don’t necessarily have a favourite movie, I’m a movie fanatic, I love watching movies, any spare time I have I’ll be watching movies or series. I do have a favourite genre of movies and that’s horror/thriller. I love a good scare, and that’s my favourite genre because I love the adrenaline I get with the jump scares and I love watching a good story. I have many favourite TV shows as well, my top 3 are Gossip Girl (original not the new one), The Vampire Diaries and How To Get Away with Murder.

My favorite exercise 

Frog squats/Froggies. I love this exercise because it’s a fun exercise as well as it works the legs and glutes, which is what I enjoy training the most.

Favorite piece of training equipment 

If it’s something that anyone can own, it would be for me booty bands. They come in many styles and range from easy to difficult. I love using them because I challenge myself every time I use them, from doing Pilates to working my upper body, booty bands/resistance bands can be used for just about anything. If it’s a piece of equipment in a gym, then I would say the leg press machines because they work your whole leg, not just one area.

My number one health or fitness tip

Exercise because you WANT to, not because you think you have to or you because you think you have to work off. If you want to exercise and be healthy, then you will find a way. If you want to be motivated and if you want to be fitter, then you will find a way. If you don’t, then you simply won’t. No better quote then from Yoda in Star Wars - “Do or do not, there is no try”.
