Hi my name is Scott Borland and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Inner West and Sutherland Shire of Sydney.
With over 21 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve built my career around one simple belief: everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own body. I became a personal trainer because helping people improve their health and discover what they’re truly capable of is something I’ve always been passionate about. Turning that passion into a career has allowed me to coach, motivate, and design training that fits real people, real lifestyles, and real goals — especially in the great outdoors where movement feels natural and energising.
What drives me every day is making fitness accessible and enjoyable for all ages and abilities. Whether someone is brand new to exercise, returning after injury, or simply looking for an alternative to intimidating gym environments, I love creating sessions that meet them exactly where they’re at. Seeing clients grow stronger, move better, and gain confidence over time is the most rewarding part of what I do.
