Hi my name is Bradman Houston and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the South West Sydney.
The main reason I became a personal trainer is the fulfilment I experience when I see clients realise their own potential and achieve their goals. Whether it’s related to weight loss, strength, or fitness, witnessing the joy on people’s faces is truly unmatched.
My passion for personal training comes from personally experiencing what it feels like to reach a goal, and I want as many others as possible to feel that too. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to learning and understanding how to help people progress from point A to point B, no matter the type of goal they have. My motivation stems from wanting to unlock each client’s potential so they can discover their own strength and enjoy the ultimate reward—accomplishment.
I have been working as a personal trainer since 2021, both face to face, group and online training. My specialties are strength and conditioning, fat loss, and muscle gain.
