Exercise Physiologist

I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in 2019, followed by a degree in Exercise Physiology in 2021. My career as an Exercise Physiologist began after gaining knowledge on how exercise can be utilized as a therapeutic method for various diseases and conditions.
Additionally, I learned how exercise can enhance daily life and improve overall health and well-being, which motivated me to pursue this field. Having always been an active individual, I have long appreciated the benefits that exercise provides to the body regardless of age.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience in sports rehabilitation, neurological conditions, return-to-work programs, aging populations, and general health and fitness.

Dumbbells, you can train and do most things with dumbbells.
Favourite exercise
Mostly all sports, narrowing it down my two favourite would be soccer and AFL, I have learnt to appreciate the skill and physical demand that athletes have to perform at to be in the elite level for all sports, it makes the sports more interesting to watch and get involved in.
My number one health or fitness tip
Achieving a healthier and more active lifestyle does not have to be overcomplicated, small and simple steps can be done to start off with and then you can build on from there.
