Fitness Training for the Emergency Services

To be accepted into Emergency Services such as Police, Fire Brigade, Army or Navy you need to pass the relevant Fitness tests*.

Before making the application it is a good idea to understand what the fitness requirements are and how you match up against the requirements.

A Fitness Inside Out mobile personal trainer will conduct an initial assessment to identify your fitness levels and develop a plan to help you bridge the gap.

We recommend that you should be conducting your initial assessment at least 8 weeks before going for your test.
