Hi my name is Rachel Palmer and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out – Brisbane Redland Area.

I became a personal trainer because I genuinely love helping people become the best version of themselves. For me, fitness isn’t just about appearance—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in your own body. My goal has always been to create a space where people can enjoy moving, challenge themselves safely, and see real results that improve their everyday life.

What Drives My Passion

What makes me passionate about personal training is witnessing the joy and pride on my clients’ faces when they achieve their goals. That moment when all their hard work pays off—the strength they’ve gained, the confidence they’ve built, and the progress they never thought possible—is incredibly rewarding. Being able to guide, support, and celebrate those achievements alongside them is what keeps me motivated every single day.

My number one health or fitness tip

To avoid any risk of injury, ensure you have a good grip on the weights, that your feet are firmly and evenly planted, and make sure your back is never rounded throughout your moment. Aim to complete any heavier sets at the start of your workout after you have warmed up. Remember that you are not just "lifting weights" you are working your muscles
