Hi, my name is Paul Murray, and I’m a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out, proudly supporting clients across Inner West Sydney, including Rozelle, Balmain, Lilyfield, Drummoyne, Leichhardt, and surrounding suburbs.
With a lifelong passion for movement and over nine years of experience as a registered Personal Trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people in the Inner West feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for many years, and becoming a personal trainer was a natural step — a way to share my love of training and support others in achieving meaningful, long‑term results.
What motivates me most is seeing clients reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether it’s improving strength, increasing flexibility, enhancing core stability, or boosting aerobic fitness, I love watching people grow and exceed their own expectations.
Throughout my life, I’ve trained across a wide range of sports and activities, giving me a deep understanding of how the body moves and adapts. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels across the Inner West, helping them build confidence, consistency, and healthier habits.
