Lachlan Aim is a dedicated mobile personal trainer located in North West Sydney, whose journey into fitness began with a life-changing transformation of his own.
After experiencing firsthand how strength and hypertrophy training, proper nutrition, and daily discipline could elevate confidence, energy, and mindset, Lachlan knew he wanted to help others achieve the same breakthrough. Becoming a PT was his way of guiding the “younger version” of himself—those starting out feeling lost or overwhelmed—towards clarity, progress, and results without the confusion.

What drives Lachlan is seeing people break through limiting beliefs and uncover their strongest, healthiest selves—both physically and mentally. My favorite exercise and why
The TRX Atomic Push Up –It is a challenging combination of core stability, upper body strength, and coordination. It challenges multiple muscle groups at once and is a great exercise to consistently make strength and muscle gains just using your bodyweight and the straps. If you're bored with normal push-ups, then atomic push-ups are a must.
My favourite piece of equipment
A suspension Trainer (TRX style straps) – A very awesome and versatile piece of equipment for home or outdoor training. I can train every major muscle group effectively using just a set of straps and a door or a tree. They're that great that I even still use them over other equipment in the gym. They’re very joint-friendly, great for building core strength, and make sessions more engaging and fun for all fitness levels.
