Hi my name is Mark Kartadinata and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.
I became a personal trainer to assist people and help them find the same fulfillment and joy that exercise has brought me. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable, not a chore, whilst also providing an authentic experience and knowledge on what works.
The ability to help and have a lasting impact of people's health is what makes it all worth it. Knowing that every session counts in achieving your needs and goals whatever they may be.
I completed my certificate 3 in fitness in high school. After graduating, I sought after a higher education to learn even more, and have since completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at QUT. I've trained clients of varying backgrounds, from children at sports camps, to seniors in clinics, to semi-professional sports teams and everyone in between.
My specialties include strength and conditioning, mobility, injury prevention and rehabilitation, youth development, and athletic performance. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce pain and stress, become stronger, or just simply improve your lifestyle, I can tailor it specifically for you.
