Hi my name is Sam Chandler and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in Inner West & South West Brisbane.

I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2016 with one clear purpose: to help people change their lives through movement. I’ve always believed that when someone feels stronger in their body, they feel more confident in every part of their life. Supporting clients to move well, feel better about their appearance, and realise what they’re truly capable of is what inspired me to turn fitness into a career.

What fuels my passion today is seeing people achieve results they once thought were out of reach. That moment when a client realises they’ve done something they never believed possible — that’s what drives me. It’s not just about the physical transformation; it’s the mindset shift, the confidence, and the pride that comes with it.

With 10 years of experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — athletes, busy parents, older adults, young people, and everyday men and women wanting more from their bodies. I thrive working with the general population, helping real people with real lives build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in their own skin.
