I have always been passionate about fitness and personal training. I am motivated to educate and help people set and achieve their goals through fitness, physically and mentally!
I understand what it takes to achieve your goals as I (too) needed to drop 20kg and build 10kg in muscle in to chase my dreams of playing basketball in the United States.
Since returning from the United States it was a natural progression to become a personal trainer and share my fitness knowledge with my clients.
So what to expect from me. I have extensive fitness knowledge through competitive sport and working as a personal trainer.
