About Justin

When I first stepped inside a gym 12 years ago, a lifestyle change began. Before then I was an unhealthy 18-year-old who spent most of my weekends partying and putting on weight by the second.  As I started getting results and transforming my body, I realised I had a passion for health and fitness. So in 2013 I decided to become a Personal Trainer, and as a result I was educated with the tools and knowledge of how to help people achieve their fitness goals. Along with that, I discovered that the gym was not the be all and end all, and that exercise can be just as effective outdoors, or in the comfort of your own home.

Over the years I have helped a range of people with different fitness goals. I particular enjoy working with those who are less experienced in their health and fitness journey’s, as I feel I can provide a stable and long lasting foundation.  Whether it is to lose weight, tone, increase muscle size or improve overall fitness, I will guide you on the journey to a better, happier you!
