I believe fitness is a lifestyle. There is no quick fix in fitness journey, It takes commitment and patience for any training to deliver the result, and consistency is the key.
I am not new to fitness, I was introduced to resistance and strength training since I was 17 and has never stopped since. I also believe that the training program should be personalised as every client is different. As your trainer, I will guide you with personalised training, direction, structure and accountability to help you achieve your goals in fitness and health.
My specialty is resistance and strength training and HIIT for either weight loss or toning/shaping up/strength.
