Hi my name is Hadi Bizri and I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being not confident in your own skin affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.

When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very chubby and I realized it was because of eating fast food and have sweet tooth but then i became really skinny since i cut out meals just to show off my abs. So, I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it.

I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to make a decision to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes.

Learning about the benefits of strength training and cardiovascular training entirely transformed my body. What I enjoy the most about it is that after each session you'll feel the sensation of achievement and excitement to point were you don't want stop working out.

After gaining muscle mass and strength, I've decided to get my qualifications and start passing on my knowledge to my clients which they have came along way from not knowing how to workout to squatting 100kgs and deadlifting 120kgs at same time losing body fat and feeling happy , strong, self confident.

Yes, it takes motivation, determination, and consistency to succeed. Although it may not always be easy and you may face a few hurdles, you can be sure that you will eventually look at your body in a whole new light. You’ll not only look good but also feel better, happier, and more confident. All you have to do is take that first step on the journey to your new life.

Deadlift since the most complex exercise you learn and perform with the right techniques you would be surprised with how much weight you can lift. In addition, deadlifts have a lot of benefits including increase anabolic hormones, increase strength, increase leg strength, increase lower back strength, endurance, increase core strength etc..
