Hi my name is Cullen Chanushka and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out in the Parramatta and Hills District.
Growing up training has always been a big part of my life having been involved in a range of sports, from athletics ,cricket, football and combat sports. Whether it be in the weight room or outdoors running, training has always been an integral part of my life.
I specialise in strength and conditioning for both team and individual sports , muscle building, interval training and functional strength training.
I have worked with a broad range of clients with a variety of goals from state level sports teams, exercise physiology clinics and aged care facilities. Prescribing training programmes to range of clients from a variety of backgrounds and goals.
My belief is that physical training should be a part of everyone's lifestyle, whether it be training for a specific sport, competition, goal, general health or mental health. And I get it, sometimes it can be hard to find time for exercise, however I strongly believe that it doesn't need to take that long, just half an hour in a day is enough to get a lot done.
I am also a strong believer that whatever you do, you must enjoy it. That means finding a way to enjoy training as this will help you to stay consistent and adopt training as a part of your life. This is the key to success when it comes to achieving anything fitness related in the long term.
