Hi my name is Christina Kavouras and I am a mobile personal trainer with Fitness Inside Out.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2023 and I've always been a big fan of health and fitness! I am a sports enthusiast, playing soccer, swimming, and even high-level running for the sheer joy of staying fit. Nowadays, you'll often find me at the gym, having a blast lifting heavy weights and enjoy HIIT-based training!

I am passionate about personal training as I believe it is vital to stay fit and healthy through a balanced lifestyle. I like to think of the long term and encourage my clients to participate in activity they enjoy doing and find a healthy balance when it comes to food. Therefore, it is a goal of mine to break misconceptions when it comes to healthy eating and exercise through personal advice and support.

I'm currently a university student, studying of primary and early childcare. This has sparked a deep passion in me for working with children, which I've been able to express through sports like soccer. This is my first official year as a personal trainer, but don't let that fool you! I've already had experience leading group classes, doing one-on-one training, and offering nutritional advice. Over the last 12 months, I've learned a lot from trial and error, which can be beneficial for you if you're a beginner or intermediate client looking to start strength training. I'm excited to help you on your fitness journey!
