I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 2 years’ experience teaching Pilates (Mat), Barre, Zumba, HIIT, circuit and strength training.
Despite having a full-time professional job, my passion for fitness and nutrition means that I have spent my spare time either teaching classes (my own and covers) and studying for my certificates in Fitness. I want to make a difference in people’s lifestyle by educating them on nutrition (within my scope), posture and exercise techniques to assist them in safely attaining their health and fitness goals.
As an office worker myself, I understand the barriers individuals can have in attaining their fitness goals and I am excited to work with clients to invest in their health and fitness journey by overcoming these barriers.
Having suffering musculoskeletal injuries myself, I understand that is important to get back to training when possible to strengthen weakened joints and increase joint mobility and flexibility. As such, I am keen to assist those recovering from injuries or living with a chronic health condition.
