My name is Paola and I’m a mobile personal trainer in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 9yrs both in gyms and mobile. I’m experienced in several areas of fitness such as group training, HIIT, boxing, strength training, kettlebells, resistance bands and functional training.
My biggest passion is helping each individual succeed in their fitness goals and being with them throughout the journey giving them all the support to get them there and make fitness a part of their lifestyle.
Each client is important to me and I train each one according to their goals and needs, No two are alike so each programme is tailor made for you.
