As a personal trainer my aim is to make sure my client’s programs are safe and effective while making them fun and enjoyable. I believe health and fitness plays an important part of our life and even small changes can make a big difference. My aim for my client’s is to provide an evolving program in a positive and motivating manner to ensure you achieve your goals.
My previous career included working in the the warehousing and transport industry and running my own retail business. After a back injury in 2011 I started on my own health and fitness journey and becoming a personal trainer.
I have a particular interest, due to my own experiences in rehabilitation and injury management. I specialise in weight loss, general health and fitness and older adult fitness I believe that the same principles apply to get people moving regardless of age and fitness level.
