To get started we recommend a Trial Session. In this session you will meet your trainer before making a ongoing commitment. Your trainer will review your medical screening form, complete a fitness assessment, help you set realistic goals and complete a mini workout to give you a taste of what is to come.
The fitness test helps to establish your current level of fitness of which you will receive a report from your trainer at the end of the session. Tests carried out will include:
- Resting heart rate,
- blood pressure,
- girth measurements (waist and hip)
- aerobic capacity,
- muscular strength and endurance.
The assessment is the most important part of the trial session as the information gathered is used to design your program and workouts that your trainer will take you through from week to week.
