The very first session you will have with your mobile personal trainer will be a fitness assessment this involves an initial consultation to build a profile about you ascertain your medical history, previous training experience and specific needs and goals.
It also includes a basic fitness test to establish your current level of fitness of which you will receive a report from your mobile personal trainer at the end of the assessment. Tests carried out would include:
- Resting heart rate,
- blood pressure,
- girth measurements (waist and hip)
- aerobic capacity,
- muscular strength and endurance.
Your initial assessment will be the most important session you have with your mobile personal trainer, not only will you get to meet your trainer before you select your ongoing membership type, the information gathered in this session is used to design your ongoing program.
