Hi, I am Denise, a Sydney based online Personal Trainer & Naturopath with over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.

I have a passion for working with women with hormone imbalances including peri-menopause and menopause.

Losing weight can be hard with changes in hormones as well as the other common symptoms that may occur with menopause, brain fog, potbelly, fatigue, mood changes, insomnia and low libido.

I believe in the importance of managing hormones with a holistic approach with nutrition, exercise and lifestyle strategies which are all incorporated into this program.

I want you to know that you are not alone, there are solutions to get through the transition with grace and energy.

Are you over 40 and having a hard time losing weight?

How It Works

Live Online Group Training sessions, up to 4 sessions per week

Maximum 10 people per class

2 x Meal Plans designed specifically to manage hormones and weight loss.

Lifestyle advice to help with symptoms

Support via your Personal Trainer and the group


Exercise

Group Classes are delivered online face to face via Zoom. Can be done in the comfort of your home, backyard or your local park. Wherever you can jump online.


No Equipment Needed

Body Weight Exercises or little or minimal equipment needed (resistance bands, dumbells)

Nutritional

You will receive a new plan every 14 days. They are designed to address menopausal concerns including weight gain, bone health and hot flashes.

Lifestyle

Stress reduction techniques are an important part of managing hormones and weight gain with perimenopause and menopause.
