I love to help others find their way back to fitness and motivating them to have a healthier life style. I studied a Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science at Newcastle University. Now I’m an Accredited Sports Scientist with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and work part time as a Personal Trainer with Fitness Inside Out while completing my masters degree in Exercise Physiologist for clinical populations.
My passion is helping clients get back to fitness after injury, working along with physiotherapists for rehabilitation, promoting weight loss, chronic disease prevention, increasing cardiovascular fitness and increasing everyday strength. Helping clients to achieve their lifetime goals in physical strength and body image.
I have always been interested in health and fitness while being a remedial therapist for five years, I believe exercise can not only treat the body but is a state of mind by increasing energy levels for every day actives, decreasing depression and making a person feel more confident and just kicking goals.
My exercise prescription is personalised to suite the needs of the client whether it be; fat loss, increasing cardiovascular health, increasing muscle mass for body image or increasing strength for just every day activities. My programs use a variety of activities such as: Strength and conditioning, HITT workouts, boxing and core strength exercises while creating fun interactive sessions. Each client is assessed every four weeks to keep you on your toes!

To get started, we recommend a Trial Session, this way you get to meet your trainer before you make an ongoing commitment. In your trial session your trainer will complete your health and fitness assessment, which includes medical screening, fitness testing, trial workout, and goal setting session.
