After 11 years training myself in the gym, I finally took the plunge in 2018 and became qualified personal trainer. Making personal training my career has great benefits, not only do I get to meet great people, but I also get to be part of helping my clients make real body transformations.
As your personal trainer I will show you how to train and eat in a way that is easy to learn. I will help you lose weight, build strength, improve flexibility and improve your all over toning of your body. I think one of my favourite exercises would be hip thrusts because I never realised how amazing they were until I started doing them myself. They build a lot of strength in your legs and glutes and give you toned looking legs.
