About Giorgio

My name is Giorgio Pellegrini and I am a Mobile Personal Trainer on the south side of Brisbane.

I have always had a great passion for health and fitness since high school. I have spent 6 years studying Exercise Science in Italy gaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Sport and Health Science in 2012. I went on to complete my
Masters in 2014.

Since graduating I have worked in a number of countries including Italy and UK, finally migrating to Australia in 2017.

I have practised boxing and am black belt in karate. I’m currently practising muay
thai and surfing.

As a Personal Trainer, I have worked with a wide variety of people, from children to the more mature. I have extensive scientific knowledge regarding physiology, anatomy and nutrition due to my Master’s degree and current studies that keep meup to date.

My goal as a Personal Trainer: I want to deliver training programs which will be fun and enjoyable and help my clients achieve their fitness goals. Their satisfaction is also mine.
