I have been involved within the fitness industry for a period of close to three years, recently relocating from Brisbane to Sydney to further my career as a personal trainer. I have always been involved in sports, and have over six years experience as a massage therapist, my passion for health and fitness has lead me to Fitness Inside Out, where I have had the chance to meet and motivate wonderful people. I find my work refreshing and motivating and most important of all challenging. Fitness training for me is an outlet for my creativity making my training sessions interesting, individual and heaps of fun! Knowing that I am helping my clients achieve their goals, seeing results and having fun doing it, is extremely motivating to me.
