Your Fitness Inside Out mobile personal trainer will come to you and create fun and varied sessions based on what you enjoy and what your goals are. We will manage you and your program, monitor your techniques and motivate you to give 100% in every workout.

We will provide a totally safe and supported training environment for you with that personal touch. Personal training can be provided on a 'one to one' basis, or 'buddy system' (two clients with one trainer), on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, or as often as you require. Session are held either at your home, apartment gym, office or local park.

Getting started with your personal trainer...


The very first session you will have with your personal trainer will be a fitness assessment this involves an initial consultation to build a profile about you ascertain your medical history, previous training experience and specific needs and goals.

It also includes a basic fitness test to establish your current level of fitness of which you will recieve a report from your personal trainer at the end of the assessment.

Tests carried out would include:

  • Resting heart rate
  • blood pressure
  • girth measurements (waist and hip)
  • flexibility aerobic capacity
  • muscular strength and endurance

Initial assessments are conducted in your home, office or apartment gym. Fitness assessments are conducted on the first session with Fitness Inside Out.
