This involves an initial consultation to ascertain your medical history, previous training experience and specific needs and goals. It also includes a basic fitness test to establish your current level of fitness. Tests carried out would include: Resting heart rate, blood pressure, girth measurements (waist and hip), flexibility, aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance.
Fitness assessments are conducted on the initial consultation with Fitness Inside Out and are charged at casual rates $80 for 1 person and $110 for 2 people. As a regular client you will receive regular fitness assessment to monitor your progress in helping you towards your fitness goals.
