4-Week Gym Techniques Training
The 4-week gym techniques is a training package designed
to educate your staff about their gym, how to use the
equipment correctly, what exercises can be done on each
machine and how to get the most out of their work out.
- A Fitness Inside Out fitness leader is onsite for
4 weeks assisting staff in the gym
- Monday to Friday service in a minimum of 2-hour
blocks
- Fitness leader on site at the gym for 6 to 20 hours
per week
Circuit Class
Circuit Training is conducted in groups of 7 to 10
people. These sessions are designed to provide the motivation
of personal training but at a fraction of the cost.
Circuit training can be conducted in your office gym
or in the great outdoors depending on the goals of the
group.
One on One Services
For those who are looking for the motivation and direction
of a personal trainer, staff may sign up with Fitness
Inside Out for personal training. You can choose from
the option of Fitness Inside Out invoicing the company
direct or staff paying us directly.
All Fitness Inside Out personal trainers are fully
qualified with public liability cover, workers compensation
and professional indemnity. Copies of these insurances
are supplied to the management for reference.
